So you’d like to get together with me… well, that’s terrific because I am looking forward to meeting you too!To get things started, you’ll need to fill out a reservation form completely and accurately as part of my screening process. Sorry, incomplete reservations cannot be honored and may error with omission of information. Rest assured that all the information you submit is held in the strictest confidence. I hold both my clients and business in the highest esteem. Just take a minute to read some of the fine reviews sent in by my satisfied clients to see what I mean.

Again, remember to complete every section of the reservation form accurately so your submission will be honored. And although I normally book my dates at least 24 hours in advance, nothing is set in stone. If you’re in town, call me during my advertised hours. Who knows, I may have an opening!

 

RIGHT TO TERMINATE

And please keep in mind that if I feel uncomfortable in any way or if you’ve given me any bogus information, I have the right to terminate the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your appointment with less than a 2 hour notice; If you do not show up or do not call or contact me; My full rate +$50 is required to be prepaid before I will consider seeing you again.

This will then be used as a deposit for your next appointment with me.

Professionalism and discretion are of the utmost importance to me, as I am sure they are for you. With that being said, you should also agree that a screening process is necessary, and is designed with both of our interests in mind. My screening process has been designed for my safety. I have no interest in retaining any of your information, unless you wish me to do so. Please know that I value your privacy as much as my own.
